Refunds

14 days, if you have not downloaded

Ask within 14 days of your order and before downloading any file, and you get the full amount back. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final, except for the case below.

Broken or wrong files

If a file is broken or not as described, write to support and we fix it or refund you.

How to ask

Email hello@thegamesur.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through 2thx.
